B ii) Dividend pool Bonus Providing that dividends paid in a fiscal year exceed 35.99 €cents per share, 10% of the total dividend cost (2014: €33,607,000) is awarded to the directors in the ratio: K Alexander 5%; R Cooper 2.5%, L Feldman 2.5%. This scheme was fully disclosed on page 354 of the prospectus published by the Group on 25 January 2013. B iii) Dividend target Bonus Providing that dividends exceed 54.99 €cents per share in a fiscal year, the directors are entitled to receive 100% of their base salary/fees. This bonus scheme was approved by the Remuneration Committee on 13 December 2013. Differences between the bonus paid and the salary/fees disclosed on page 63 related for foreign exchange differences.
