GVC Holdings PLC is a leading online gaming company. The Company is incorporated in The Isle of Man and the
Group's activities are licensed in Malta and the Netherlands Antilles. On 19 March 2013 the Group completed the
acquisition of Sportingbet plc in conjunction with William Hill plc. Through a UK court scheme of arrangement, William
Hill acquired from Sportingbet the Australian business together with certain other assets, including an option to
acquire Miapuesta, Sportingbet's Spanish brand.
The Company is bound by the corporate laws of The Isle of Man, the Company's Articles of Association, the AIM
rules of the London Stock Exchange and the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers.
The principal operating currency of the Group is the Euro. The shares are traded in GBP.
The Group does not and has never conducted wagering or betting business in the United States of America.

support to the Superbahis business, acquired by EPC from Sportingbet
